About Us
The Employment Consultation Center established in accordance with the National Strategic Special Zones Act, provides support to help start-up companies and/or overseas companies expanding their business into Japan to understand Japanese employment rules correctly, including those relating to recruitment and employment, and launch their business smoothly, as well as to help employees of those companies fully exert their abilities and motivation in work.
Our services include consultations with experienced lawyers and public consultants on social and labor insurance and seminars by them.
It was established for the purpose of preventing individual labor disputes.
